Eye2.ai — Privacy Policy

Eye2.ai (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a free, browser-based tool that lets anyone paste text or questions and instantly compare how multiple large-language-models (LLMs) answer. We do not require you to create an account, sign in, or pay for the service.
1. Information we collect

2. How we use your information
- Provide the service - send your prompt to selected LLM providers and display aggregated results.
- Improve and secure Eye2.ai - debug errors, monitor uptime, and train internal quality-ranking models
- Comply with law - respond to valid legal requests or enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
3. Who we share it with

4. Legal bases (EEA / UK)
- Legitimate interests - run and improve a free comparison tool.
- Consent - for non-essential cookies or analytics (given via the cookie banner).
- Legal obligation - comply with court orders or regulatory duties.
5. Cookies & similar tech
- Essential cookies - keep the site functional (e.g., CSRF protection, load balancing).
- Analytics cookies - help us understand traffic volumes and feature usage. The site works without them.
6. Data Retention
We keep raw prompt logs for up to 1 year (to debug and improve Eye2.ai); afterward they’re deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics may be stored indefinitely.
7. Security
We use HTTPS, encrypted storage for logs, least-privilege access controls, and continuous monitoring. No method is 100% secure; submit content at your own discretion.
8. Children
Eye2.ai is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has provided data, email us and we will delete it.
9. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:
- Access or obtain a copy of your personal data.
- Request deletion or correction.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
