1. Who may use Eye2.ai

Eye2.ai is intended for individuals aged 18 or older. The service is provided “as-is” for personal or internal-business use only; commercial resale or white-labeling requires a separate written licence.

2. Your content

2.1 What you submit – Everything you type, paste, upload, or otherwise provide (“User Content”) is forwarded to the LLM APIs you select so results can be generated.

2.2 Permissions you grant us – You grant Eye2.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to process your User Content for the sole purpose of operating, improving, and securing the service. 3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break any law or encourage others to do so.
• Infringe copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Upload personal data of others without consent.
• Post malicious code, spam, or content that is defamatory, hateful, or obscene.
• Attempt to interfere with or reverse-engineer Eye2.ai or the third-party LLM APIs it invokes.

We may suspend or block access at any time if we believe a breach has occurred.

4. Intellectual property

All software, design, and branding on Eye2.ai are our property or that of our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the site under these Terms, no licence is granted.

5. Third-party services & links

Answers are generated by external LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Mistral, Qwen). Those services are outside our control; their terms and privacy practices apply to any data you send them. Eye2.ai may contain links to other sites; we do not endorse or accept responsibility for third-party content.

6. Disclaimers

• LLM output disclaimer - Eye2.ai displays answers generated by third-party language models. These outputs may be inaccurate, outdated, biased, or offensive. You rely on them entirely at your own risk, and Eye2.ai accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from their use.
• No professional advice - AI results are not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Always verify information with a qualified expert.
• Service provided “as is” - We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Results may vary - Model responses change over time and may differ from earlier or later queries using the same prompt.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eye2.ai (and its owners, directors, and employees) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service—regardless of legal theory and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Eye2.ai harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the service.

9. Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Eye2.ai (or any part of it) at any time without notice. Sections 4–9 survive termination.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use of Eye2.ai after a change means you accept the new Terms.
